Angelica Diablo: Well, I see that Best Kept Secret has been released in its entirety. 9 songs. How does this feel?

JB: Yes, and it’s a great feeling. This has been a long time coming and it feels like I am an artist with tangible art to offer.

Angelica D: So, after all this time, what is the thing you would most like the listener to know about this record?

JB: First, that it is an incredible privilege to be an artist and to offer it to an audience. Anytime anybody listens to my songs, it is my greatest joy. Second, that the songs are derived from real and authentic experiences; sad ones, happy ones, fun ones, poignant ones....And third, that every instrument and every voice, every sound you hear on this record is a real instrument and voice. There are no synthesized sounds on this record.

Angelica D: So when will folks be able to purchase a CD, Vinyl LP, a download of the record or just listen to this record?

JB: The CD’s and vinyl LP’s are being manufactured as we speak, so I will post that on the website when they can be ordered or pre-ordered, and the download capability exists through my website as well.
